The utmost care, proficiency and accuracy must be taken in the Assignment of X’s. 

It is imperative that every Secretary develop and maintain a Believers’ Directory for easy reference in addition to maintaining a permanent record of all Registered members in the Mosque/Study Group in the Lamb's Book of Life.

Holy Names must be treated very carefully.  Only two (2) people can assign a holy name after birth that will be recognized in the Nation of Islam: The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad and the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan.

Welcome to the “Money Handling Procedures” class. This class will teach you how to handle money safely, accurately and ethically in various situations. You will learn about the best practices, policies and regulations for cash handling, banking, reporting and auditing. You will also develop skills such as counting, sorting, verifying, reconciling and securing funds.
This class is designed to help you prepare for working in roles that involve money handling. By the end of this class, you will be able to:

  • Identify and prevent common risks and errors in money handling
  • Follow the proper procedures for receiving, recording and depositing money
  • Use appropriate tools and equipment for money handling
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of money transactions
  • Comply with current Standard Operating Procedures out of the ONS
  • Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in money handling

The class will consist of lectures, discussions, exercises, quizzes and assignments. You will be evaluated based on your participation, attendance, homework and tests. You will also have the opportunity to apply your learning in a simulated money handling scenario. Furthermore, you must pass the final test of this class.
